What To Expect
From Polebrook.
Unlike
most new estate developments,each of our homes is a ‘one
off’. Each has it’s own built-in character. We
are able to combine traditional building methods, with the
benefits of using modern materials producing homes requiring
minimal maintenance and much improved energy efficiency.
We are
happy to offer you the chance to ‘customise’ various
internal fittings to your own taste,subject to commitment
at an early stage of construction,and subject to cost adjustments
where necessary.
All our
homes are completed to specific building regulation and local
authority requirements and have the following General Specification.
Specification for The Holt:

| Each
kitchen will be individually hand-crafted by local craftsmen
and will include: an inset double French farmhouse style
sink, dual fuel range cooker, American style fridge freezer,
and dishwasher. Oak flooring and feature fireplace with
multi-fuel stove to dining hallway, and feature staircase
with oak handrails and fitments. Plumbing will be provided
for a washing machine and tumble dryer to the utility
room. Ceramic tile floor finishes to the kitchen, utility
and dining areas. |

and complementary half-tiled walls with full height tiling
to shower cubicles. |
