Polebrook was established in 1987 by David and Cheryl Gagin to acquire land and property suitable for the construction of high class, individually designed homes.
We have since then concentrated on building exclusive detached homes in various countryside locations in and around Leicestershire and Rutland.
Our main aim is to design and build individual, high quality, traditional homes, each in keeping with the character of the surrounding area, in order to retain some of the finer features of our country’s great architectural heritage.
